I've used IE6, Opera and Firefox on the Libretto, all of which have been very slow and consume large chunks of memory. I found out about K-Meleon, and I have been extremely impressed by its performance on the Libretto. It is based on the same rendering engine as Firefox, so websites render as they should, but K-Meleon draws the graphics and windows through the Windows API directly for efficiency. Loads quickly, browses very fast, good response times. Runs on Windows 95/NT4 and above!!!
